If they even called me back I contacted Chris on a Friday afternoon. He responded immediately. His foreman came out to take pictures. I got a quote from Chris on Sunday that was very reasonable. His crew was on the job on Monday and completed the job. I am so thrilled with their professionalism and cleanliness, they clean the area and their price was outstanding. I called Chris back again to replace a few more boards. . This was on a Friday. His foreman showed up on Tuesday and the job was complete. The appointment was from between 8-10 AM, and only minutes after 8:00 they were here. The deck, in particular, was VERY dirty and had been neglected due to family illness. It was solid but looked pretty rough. I was amazed when they finished how good it looked! It still needs some repairs and painting, but they spent lots of time getting every spot as clean as possible - it looks great! They removed a glider that I needed moved off the deck, cleaned the house very well, and Crin, the sales technician, explained everything they were doing.
