"What a ripoff. Darius Smith did not know what he was doing. He did find a broken door latch, said he would order the part and return in 2-3 days to install it. We never heard from him again, and he didn't return our phone calls. He didn't even give me a receipt for my upfront total payment of 373.87 or his contact info/business card, etc. Be warned, do not hire this guy!!"

"had an absolutely terrible experience with this company we made an appointment for them to come look at the dryer if they never showed up for the first appointment we had to call back and set up another appointment when it comes out and looks all said and done and he leaves come to find out our dryer is making a very loud noise the lint dryer vent duct was not attached to the back of our dryer. we had extra screws that were not extra that actually belongs on the back of the dryer.They did not put screws back in the dryer properly so the back panel is crooked and Boeing at one side because he did not put the screws back in or properly."
