"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We are so very pleased, Jakob and his team are very professional, friendly and accommodating... we had to stay in a hotel for two weeks while they renovated our home, he kept in constant contact, answered all my questions and concerns while being away from my home and even checked and put up my mail. When we stopped over to see how the house was coming along they were very friendly, always working hard and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very meticulous about their work and even went above and beyond to make sure things were to perfection, they left no stone unturned and my house was cleaned up professionally from top to bottom when they were done. "I purchased all the necessary materials myself. All they had to do was install. I was charged $75 $68 with the 5% off coupon) for less than 1/2 hours worth of work. That translates to $150 an hour ($142.5o with a 5% discount). I like PPHI, but that price for a simple install (which I could have done myself or had my neighbor do for free), I feel is very overpriced."
