Vinyl Siding Repair or Partially Replace
I had some siding come off in a storm and jimmy was super responsive and took the time to explain everything. He fixed it fast and told me how to prevent damage in the future. He was great to work with! I plan on using him again in the future and highly recommend him to everyone I talk to. Heâ s honest and affordable and no surprises! As a single mom itâ s nice to know thereâ s still people out there you can trust! Thank you!

Some parts of the project were finished and were above average in terms of quality. One part still has not been completed to my satisfaction. New eaves still not working correctly as they leak in spots. He has made an attempt to fix the problem but as of late when called and text I have gotten no response.

"not a fair review Jack, i install gutter drip strips, ice dams in winter, may push gutters, and therefore may get a drip in spots behind the gutter, I cannot every spring tighten up your gutters or re install a drip cap for no fee, ive done it a few times, and being beyond busy its tough for me to even get there , either way...your roof is immaculate and we crushed all other bids, your rating is unfair and i feel it should be adjusted..ive gone above and beyond and never usually need drip strips, i did that so i didnt have to stop each spring, as well as i, clean your gutters for no charge as well...hope that explanation helps, thx"

He did my bathrooms last year and they came out way better than expected ! He did such a good job I hired him again to remodel my living room and bedroom! We have an old house. He is very knowledgable, skilled and experienced that the problems we ran into he not only took care of, but superceded our expectations. For all the work he did the price was phenominal. I would recommend him to everyone! In fact we have another project in mind for him to do next year.

During the last big storm I suffered some roof damage when a tree hit my house. There were so many people affected by this storm I thought I might have a hard time finding anyone to do the work quickly. I contacted Jimmy through HomeAdvisor and he came right over. He said he was trying to prioritize people who had storm damage. Since more rain was forecast he got a tarp up on the roof to stop any water damage. As soon as the weather cleared he had his crew over to do the repairs. My insurance adjustor told me his price was extremely reasonable and cut me a check the same day.

Excellent work and price. Had to have garage roof redone as BSR really made a mess. Should have hired DiFulvio first as BSR would not give me my money back, which was far more than DiFulvio charged. Would recommend DiFulvio to those needing roof done.

Very good work done by his crew; Jimmy would check on his crew the mornings after to ensure the majority of quality was present. I had decent conversation with his staff on site, everyone was respectful and each one was an expert in several different areas. I only experienced friction when I asked for related feats to be accomplished. There was a leak between the gutter and fascia that was corrected after a bit of discussion.

Jimmy was a nice person to talk to. His people did a neat job. But, this was a roof repair, and the new shingles are a 'lot' lighter than the old ones. He may have used some shingles he had left from another Luckily, it is in the back of the house. Also, it took him over three weeks to do the job because he had bigger and more important jobs to do. However, I would consider hiring him again. He was a little expensive, but he does guarantee his work.
