"The guys from Always Green are fantastic. I’ve been using their Tree cutting services for many years as I purchased a property with extreme overgrowth. They were always punctual, respectful, clean, and their prices are fair. I’ve recommended them to many friends and family. All had good experience with them. Don’t do work with anyone else until you at least get a quote from them. They do not use pressure tactics to get you to buy their services. Great service. I’ll gladly submit a review for them."

"I am a new home owner and have hired several contractors for kitchen, bathroom, electricity, etc. in the past few months for my 70 years old house. Rosalio is the best one whom I have ever hired. He is very professional and did finish tree job for quick with very high quality. He knows what he needs to do for customer's satisfaction. My tree project was 2 trees to take down and 1 tree to trim. When I asked him to trim dead branches on the top of tree, he climbed the tree and cut all of the dead ones. 120 % Satisfaction. Price is very fair."

"Used them for tree service. The owner was really engaged and personally came out to check out our fallen tree. He provided all the proof of insurance so our neighbor (tree landed on their property!) wouldn't be concerned about liability as the crew did some of the work on her property. The crew worked fast and left everything just as we had asked for it to be finished. Super happy with Umanzor Landscaping. Definitely a rehire and no hesitation to recommend."

Arborists questions, answered by experts

There are a few general rules to follow that will help you prune your trees correctly. One of the most important rules is to prune during the correct season for the type of tree you have. Typically, pruning should be during late winter. For younger trees, you should not remove more than a ⅓ of the tree's crown when pruning. Also, remember to remove dead and diseased branches first, then proceed with pruning the rest of the tree.

Trees aren't big fans of moving, and they do go into shock during a transplant. Although most carefully thought-out tree transplants see the tree recover from the shock just fine, there is always a risk of having an unsuccessful move. Proper preparation, timing, and diligent aftercare are crucial to minimize the risks when transplanting a tree.

It can be bad to leave a dead stump in the ground. A stump becomes a hefty piece of dead wood in time and eventually (especially with the help of rain) starts to rot. That makes it a locus point for diseases and pesky insects, as well as a bit of an eyesore. It’s best to remove a tree stump completely before it starts to decay, especially before it starts to fall apart. If the tree was removed because of disease, it’s even more important to fully remove the stump if possible.

Unlike some fruit trees, such as apple, sweet cherry, or pear that require at least two trees for pollination, most peach trees are self-pollinating. This means you can plant just one tree and still expect it to produce fruit, typically within two to four years. For best results, consult with a local landscaper to choose the right peach tree variety for your specific climate, soil type, and yard layout.

While the fastest way to kill a tree is to simply cut it down, there are several other methods to choose from. You should hire a professional tree removal service to cut down a tree to ensure your personal and property safety. Some slower but effective options include treating or grinding the tree stump or using a basal bark treatment.
