SavATree Mamaroneck

This was a $149 big deal purchase for three hours of tree service. I used the deal pretty soon after I bought the deal. I did not like him. He said it was going to be, like, $700 worth of work. Two things annoyed me. When he was done I came out and tried to give him $700 and he said he would bill me. The bill came and it was, like, $900. It included over $100 in tax and other fees and I was really p*ssed off. When you are doing work on your house people tell you it is that price and it is that price so that kind of annoyed. Another thing that annoyed me was I asked him to take 6 feet of the top of a tree and he just took off 6 feet, I mean you could tell it was lopped off. He did not try to prune it off or round it off. So when you drive by you can tell it has just been cut and is squared off at the top. He just did the minimum of what he had to do. The guy showed up on time at 7:30 in the morning and his crew was great; I loved his crew.  He should have come back out and told me they should have done something about that tree. He does not get a good rating from me. They were responsive to me.

There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I actually knew going in that it was going to cost more than that. I think altogether it was about $600.
