After hiring him and initially giving him $3500 down cash money, he began tearing holes in the ceiling to get the baseboard heater waterlines that burst. He cut twice as many as needed in the basement . He broke two 12 x 24 pieces of porcelain that we just installed. All of the baseboard heaters he has worked on have failed. The boiler he has worked on has failed. The work is all still incomplete and he?s putting our job off now-leaving us with no heat! He will not allow us a copy of his liability insurance for the damage caused. He has not offered to repair or replace the damage and will not give us a receipt."
