We were all set to have a new furnace installed but there was asbestos insulation, and the furnace company would not touch the project. Over the weekend Todd assured us that they would take care of us. Jeff did amazing work Monday to clear up the issue. Today, on Thanksgiving (as it is sleeting outside) we're here in house warm and dry, thanks to them."
