Although I sent photos of my current countertops, I was never told it would be an extra charge to remove them, so they did not charge me. However, I ordered a sink and faucet from them also and, as has been done in my previous homes, I assumed they would install the faucet but no, when completed they said they do not do that, which I find strange plus they never said I had to hire someone else to install it. I think they need to ask more questions so their estimate is accurate.

They are truly professional. The measuring process, stone selections and installation all went very smoothly. The installers left the place spotless (picture showing without backsplash) I would highly recommend this place for any granite or marble installation for your kitchen. The owner in constantly in touch with my wife to ensure our stone is cut the way we want it. She even gave my wife her personal cell# because its our vacation home in Orlando. Her attentive to customers needs beyond our expectation.

J & A was great to work with and had excellent prices. They gave us two local yards to pick our slabs out, showed us our options for sinks, counter edge styles, and even allowed us to come layout how we wanted the countertop pieces cut out of the slabs.
