He told me he would do his best to get all of the blood and urine out and would even try and get the old stains that had been there for several years. The job he did was nothing short of miraculous!!! He got all of the stains out including the old set in stains that my previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. "We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

He underestimated the time it would take to repair our OLD manufactured home's many faults (the reason for the 4 star-rating), but it is now much cozier, warmer, and stronger, and we greatly appreciate the work he did. The waterproof vinyl "plank" flooring looks terrific, and it's so nice to not have to worry about stepping in a mushy spot, fearing that we'll fall through!
