"The project we previously wrote about has been completed, and we are very pleased with the final outcome. The main problem, and our primary concern, described in our original review was the lack of progress and the excessive length of time already elapsed. We later learned that it was mainly due to a shortage of available labor. It was a sizeable project and through it all Dave and Karen remained courteous and receptive to our concerns and put up with our continuous pressure about the lack of progress. The shortage in labor made it necessary for them to work along side their crew to finish this project. In retrospect, the final outcome far outweighs any inconvenience. Keeping all this in mind, we are rescinding our previous rating and we are according them the full five stars. We have additional projects planned for the upcoming year and we will give Dave and Karen's company, Artisan Stone, priority consideration."
