Dave presented a clear concise estimate of the scope for the work proposed, the costs we should expect and a timeframe for completion; all proved to be very accurate. He and his team of true artisans obviously enjoyed their work. Laughter and music would usually overshadow the sound of the power tools that were working in synchrony. The exceptional fit and finish in a clean and neat environment were easily appreciated. Dave is truly a meticulous visionary. During the project, he was never shy about recommending esthetic modifications which deviated from the architects drawings. Whether these change orders originated from him or us, they were never with exorbitant fees, but were billed for time and materials used. The final result far exceeded our expectations.
