"I called and my timing must have been perfect. 2 technicians showed up 30 minutes later. They put on shoe covers which I appreciate. They opened up the unit and checked the flame and spark. That must have been enough since the unit started working. They checked to make sure the propane was flowing and cleaned the condensation pan. Within 30 minutes after arriving, they were done. I plan to have them come back in a couple of months to maintain the ductless splits for this summer. What they charge for the service is very reasonable given that I had contacted a competitor and received a quote that more than 2x what I paid."

"Every step of the process to replace our oil boiler and perform additional work went very smoothly. After requesting to schedule an estimate Next Gen got back to us immediately and were able to get us an appointment the next day. During the estimate visit they answered all of our questions and found several issues we had not noticed that were cheaper fixes to our heating problem than what we were expecting. They never tried to up sell or push any product or service. They were able to schedule the installation within a week. In addition to replacing our boiler, they added baseboard heating in a room and made several small repairs to other baseboards and the heating system. They were always on time and immediately reachable with any questions. The staff at Next Gen are great guys -- extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional (plus our dog loved them). They finished the work ahead of schedule and under estimate. We will definitely be calling them for future service for our home. "Tony and Jay were great. We had water backing up into our home the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Despite it being a weekend, they answered the phone on the first ring, and they were at our home within two hours. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the main line cleaned out. They also replaced a flange on a toilet in the basement and got that re-sealed. They kept us in the loop as they were working, and they made sure everything was cleaned up when they left.
