Very good...Furnace is working fine

From start to finish they did an awesome job!!! When I asked a question or asked them to explain something they said, they did so without an attitude or a roll of the eye, like most repair men do to me! They took the time to show me what needed to be done and explained it thoroughly! They got our furnace installed within 3 days of calling them for a quote and they even stayed later to make sure it got done right!! I highly recommend and will be calling them with any service we need in the future!!!

Work went well

Fantastic! They came last week and looked at the job and gave me a fair estimate. They came this morning , completed the job in under two hours, and gave me a bill that was lower than their estimate. The two young men were very polite and pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I would call them again for future work!

It was a very nice experience. Devin did a great job, explained everything to us (including the 30-day warranty on the job), and left the area as clean (or cleaner) as it was before he came. He even checked with the furnace company to see if it could be done under warranty (even though the furnace was never registered). I would definitely recommend Next Gen, and will be keeping their card handy!

Every step of the process to replace our oil boiler and perform additional work went very smoothly. After requesting to schedule an estimate Next Gen got back to us immediately and were able to get us an appointment the next day. During the estimate visit they answered all of our questions and found several issues we had not noticed that were cheaper fixes to our heating problem than what we were expecting. They never tried to up sell or push any product or service. They were able to schedule the installation within a week. In addition to replacing our boiler, they added baseboard heating in a room and made several small repairs to other baseboards and the heating system. They were always on time and immediately reachable with any questions. The staff at Next Gen are great guys -- extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional (plus our dog loved them). They finished the work ahead of schedule and under estimate. We will definitely be calling them for future service for our home. This was the best experience with home repair we've had since moving to CNY. Highly recommended.

It went well and his estimate was quite reasonable and better than a number of others (it was about right in terms of what we saw online otherwise). So long as this lasts for a good bit, I have no complaints. He seemed knowledgeable and worked with our schedules well - we look forward to working with him on further repairs.
