"Murphy's Law said that as soon as I stacked the boxes of my wife's old but favorite art books, something would happen. I even asked her if we ever had more than a standing inch of water in the basement. That night, a discovered a growing puddle around the water heater, that was running down the side of the tank from a pool at the top. I called a local plumber who we had used before (and even texted photos of the water heater to them), but after two days of no call back even though I left a second message, I called Green Air Solutions. Jeff called me back immediately, and despite that it was dinner time, and I told him it wasn't a dire emergency), he was over at my house within a half hour. What I liked best was that he took time to figure out the problem and explain it to me. The previous owners had put in two water heaters (I assumed to fill the large jacuzzi upstairs), but only one was being used. Fortunately, we had a backup already in place, but it made for interesting puzzle. Jeff seemed to enjoy figuring it out, worked fast, and had it removed and the other one up and running in an hour. When I first realized that the heater was shot, I expected an expensive job. It was not. That's how a service vendor builds trust and clients. The other plumbing company? "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
