"Due to storm conditions, the service person showed up late- to our surprise.  We didn't expect anyone would be able to work that night due to the storm and hadn't heard from them, so we were pleased when someone did arrive. 
The gentleman was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.  Turned out, the system needed several parts replaced, at a substantial cost and considering the age of the a/c unit, it wasn't in our best interest to have the work done. 
They gave us reasonable quotes for a new central air system, which at first we would have done.  However, being seniors on SS, we considered the expense and decided not to go that route and just installed window units.  So far so good.  We were pleased that they applied the coupon to the service call.  I would recommend D Rohde to anyone needing help for plumbing and heating/ac.

"When Dave and his crew looked at my windows, they saw that they were installed incorrectly. Whatever construction company the previous homeowners had hired to install the new insert replacement windows did not cut nor install the aluminum trim on the windows properly. Thus allowing water to get in and rot away some of the sills. And when the old aluminum was removed it also revealed large gaps in the window casings and broken off shims. Dave had to totally replace four windows. The order for those only took a week and were installed in about two days. The rest of my windows had the wood casings fixed of gaps, insulated and all windows got a new aluminum wrapping. And everything was caulked air and water tight. There is a huge difference in draft now that my windows were fixed properly."

"Let me start by saying this review has been a long time coming! The day before New Yearâ s Eve 2021 my basement suffered a sewer water flood. My family and I packed up our things and vacated the house and were put up in a hotel. I was in way over my head with the insurance end of things and cleanup in the basement so when it came time to find someone to fix the basement I was already at my wits end. At the urging of a friend, I reached out to Kevin and as soon as he arrived I knew he was a good fit. First and foremost, one of his priorities was the well-being of my three-year-old. Covid had ramped back up again and we living in a hotel. He assured me that he would get everything done and help me work with the insurance company. On the day Kevin and his team were set to come start working there was an impending ice storm in the forecast- I figured he would cancel, but he didnâ t.
