EXTREME CLEAN SURFACE RESTORATION

Eric, a most pleasant person, initially gave us a very thorough explanation during the estimate of what his service would do for our tiles and especially the grout. On the day of service, he arrived early, ready to tackle our challenge. Much to our surprise and satisfaction, he taped all the floor boards and floor level cabinets to protect them as well as a layer of plastic to prevent tracking onto the other floors in between. After applying the environmentally safe solution to the kitchen floor, he painstakingly cleaned the grout the was erroneously layered in floor wax. He had to clean it twice to restore it to it original intended color. He then sealed the grout before beginning on the foyer tiles. Instead of looking like pitted dark gray tiles, they now look the beautiful light gray tiles that they really are. Clean up was neat and the residual water hosed to the outside was safe if contacted by our outside pets. Certainly well worth the money spent for the task at hand.
