"We were called back within an hour of requesting a quote for a dryer vent cleaning. Adrian arrived within the scheduled time frame and was professional, helpful, and thorough. He had a lot to clean, but was able to get it all and not leave a mess in the house. He also installed a critter-proof flap to the outside. We were very happy with the experience and will definitely use them again."

Although there are no set rules for tipping house cleaners, you may want to consider tipping from 15% to 20% of the cost of house cleaning, or up to 25% if you’ve been very happy with the level of service and quality of work. If you’re not sure, it can help to discuss the cleaner’s policy or preference for tipping.
