CNY POWER WASH arrived on time, performed an EXEMPLARY roof cleaning in a MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER, answered all my questions and cleaned-up after the job. I will hire them again, next year , to power wash the complete house exterior. I HIGHLY recommend CNY POWER WASH.

Kyle (owner) gave the estimate for roof and deck power washing services and set up appointment a week later. He was very patient answering all my questions. He was fully insured. Price was very reasonable. We were concerned about how the chemicals used would affect the vegetation around the house. His crew really hosed down the plants for a good amount of time before and after the service. Kyle and crew of three arrived 15 minutes early and started as soon as truck doors opened. Kyle explained the work they would be doing. They were all professional and courteous and worked very well together. Whole job took about 3 hours for 2025 sq. ft. roof area that had a lot of moss and algae and a deck about 370 sq. ft. They did a beautiful job and would recommend their services to anyone. Nice to work with a contractor who returns calls and texts in a timely manner and shows up on the job when promised!

This is the second year in a row that I have used this service. Dom and Kyle did an excellent job power washing my deck. It looks brand new. Las t year they washed my stone walk. They are courteous and very professional. I would give them 6 stars if there were six.

Brenden power washed my patio and brick steps. Wow, The difference is incredible. He restored and made it look new! Brenden is an amazing worker and a very kind person. He is the best!

The workers were very professional. They called when they were going to be a little late. When they arrived, they explained their process & asked if I had any ?? The job was completed in a shorter time than they had predicted. There were some dark spots that hadn't been removed so they said they would return the next day with a different product to try to remove them. They did exactly that & spots were removed. Overall, this company was great to work with and they made an improvement on the looks of my home.

THey did an excellent jog. The deck and railings look like they're brand new. Would recommend them to anyone.

Showed up on time to estimate service and emailed it in reasonable time frame. We decided to wait 2 months until leaves had fallen to have them come and do gutter cleaning. We just let them know when we were ready and they scheduled cleaning following week. Two person crew showed up during scheduled time frame and performed service. We are satisfied.

I called him this morning to see if he is still interested in cleaning out my gutters. He came this afternoon, did a great job. I'm recommending him to a family member.
