Tom worked on the entire house, took out old carpets and refinished the floor. Price was very reasonable and work quality was great. Highly recommended.

Good value and good quality work.

We recently moved into a house that needed a lot of work on the floors. I was really impressed with several of the contractors that came to give us a quote, but ultimately we liked Tom the most. We felt he was genuine and truly cared about his work and his clients, and his prices were very fair. It was also clear that he had been in the business for a long time, and his experience shown through in our conversations with him, and the way he answered our questions. And during the job, when some unexpected surprises were discovered after pulling up the old carpets, we were glad Tom was there with his years of experience to identify the problem and quickly come up with a solution. Some of the work that Tom did for us included: - sanding and refinishing all the existing hardwood floors in the house - pulling up the old carpet in several bedrooms, and sanding and finishing the hardwood floors underneath - pulling up the old carpet in the family room, and laying down new concrete to level the floor, and then installing engineered hardwood - installing solid hardwood floors in one of the bedrooms - pulling out all the old baseboard throughout the house, and installing new baseboard - pulling up old carpeting on pine steps, and sanding and finishing the steps We would happily hire Tom again, and he would be the first person we would call if we ever needed any other flooring work done.

Tom is personable, professional, and has a very competent, responsible and reliable work crew. My floors came out incredible! I recommend him highly.

He gave us a very competitive pricing after carefully reviewing the spaces we want refinished, and scheduled us in a week. His team did a clean job, finished it in 2 separate days. Tom and his installers did a fabulous job. They are very hard workers who came on time and didn't stop until the job was complete. I was very happy with the results. Tom is very hands on and stops by during the process to check everything on a daily basis. I am very happy I used him.

I hired Tom and his team after coming across their profile on Angie s list and going through a competitive process. Their pricing was similar to other competitors but I chose them because of Tom s responsiveness to my calls and patience with my questions. I also had a strict deadline of having the majority of the work done on my floors in 3 days before we move the furniture in. True to his word, Tom s team completed the majority of the work in 2 days so we were able to move our furniture in. Then over the next week they came back and touched up a few things here and there, which was not an issue for us because the main section was completed. I am very pleased with the work they did. The only reason I gave 4.5 instead of 5 stars is because two times Tom s team was supposed to show up to do some touch up work and they didn t (Tom would call me later in the day to apologise and tell me they would re-arrange a different time). I appreciated that but I just wished I knew earlier so I didn t have to take a day off work to be home with them. Most importantly, Tom came back anytime there was an issue and his team fixed the small holes we didn t like and redid the stairs twice because we didn t like the original feel and stain. Did not charge me anything extra. So 5 stars for customer service and I would highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone considering them. They will not leave till you re happy with what you paid for. Thank you Tom!

My floors were in bad shape. Missing pieces, uneven, stained. They look amazing and still have character to match my old apartment! The process was easy, Tom was honest with what could be done to the floors and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

We chose a high end tile with a particular texture on the tile which was discontinued, he offered to do the whole bathroom over again free of charge. You can't go wrong. Everyone I've recommended him too is only using him from now on.
