Jose was on time to the point of almost being early! He was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He also made it clear that more frequent visits at no extra charge to start where needed to quickly and effectively eliminate the issue with rodents in our attic and crawl space. We highly recommend UrbanXterminator and have signed a contract with them. The price was also very reasonable!

The tech arrived to my apartment to rid of the mosquitoes and spiders. I had a few sessions with him and he was amazing. Great small talk, quick, on time and respectful. Plus, He was able to minimize the pest living rent free in my casa !

When purchasing a new home, it came to light the house had a flea infestation. The tech was able to determine the root cause of the issue and how the fleas infested in the house. The tech was able to resolve the issue in just a few services. Truly amazing!
