He underestimated the time it would take to repair our OLD manufactured home's many faults (the reason for the 4 star-rating), but it is now much cozier, warmer, and stronger, and we greatly appreciate the work he did. The waterproof vinyl "plank" flooring looks terrific, and it's so nice to not have to worry about stepping in a mushy spot, fearing that we'll fall through! "Our under-counter sink had come loose from glued in brackets after 10 years. Mike and his partner fixed the issue and installed a new floor under kitchen sink. After a few missteps they were able to resolve the issue and we now have a secure sink that will last for many years to come."

"Started off very good. Once supervisor left company, too much ownership was put on worker. He meant well but was not the right person to interface with customer. Too much dialogue and offer of options w/o explanation of financial impact to job. Job took way to long. 100% longer than expected and negotiated (all summer!!!). Kept getting pulled off of job. Kept nickel and dime'ing runs to Home Depot (bad planning). Major issue with mwave being put on common circuit...BAD! Good quality work for the most part"
