"The company was very responsive. They returned the call quickly and arrived on time. The plumber they sent was friendly and experienced. He laid out the options and cost to repair and replace the toilet. He did a good job. I agreed to have the toilet flange and shut off valve replaced as well - the plumber did a good job he worked quickly and I am glad to have the job done. However, when he was done he said I forgot to tell you we do not take the old toilet away - this would have influenced my decision to replace rather than repair. Also, my sink is still leaking he said he didn’t carry the faucet size and did not want to get into this because it was old. Also the price was very high - I don’t know if this is typical - but I wish I shopped around."

They found that we had no running water and didn't want us to go on like that. They started the next day. They were so kind and caring. They went above and beyond to help us. They were the only company that knew exactly what needed to be done. Other companies wanted to put the pipes back the wrong way. They knew how it needed to be done and that the main sewer was involved. They kept in contact with the town code office, where the other companies didn't even care to find out about the code. They did a few extra things to help us and were as happy as we were to do them. I can't thank them enough. They know their business and how to do it correctly. A thank you just doesn't seem enough for this wonderful company. They are fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!"
