"We dealt with Ralph, Ken, John, Tio, and Ryan and Steve at Crossroads plumbing for the leak in our gas pipe. Ralph patiently explained all the details and expected time frame for the job as well as the cost. All preparations for an unheated house were done by Ralph and others on that first day of the job. After more small leaks were discovered during the evaluation, we decided to have Ralph update the contract to install all new pipes rather than the time-consuming costly repair and pressure-testing of each section of pipe or joint. Two, three or four men came each weekday to finish the pipe removal and installation of all new pipes for 5 appliances. When they finished on the fourth day, Ralph was able to have the building inspector come and bring a blue card permit. Then there was a delay with Con Edison for two days.
