"I’ve never heard of someone who charged $2,502 for opening two locks. This man who changes his name every phone call is a thief. Poor workmanship (his new lock needs to be unlocked and re locked every time if it isn’t the perfect angle) would be a problem at normal rates, but since we weren’t home and a child and a neighbor had to arrange payment he took the opportunity to steal. Dishonest and poor workmanship is a terrible combination. Better burn your money than hiring this conman."
