Locksmith called prior to visit. Actually was able to move up appointment time. Work was done accurately and quickly. Very professional and polite.

Jamie was the locksmith. He was fantastic. He removed a grip handle, set and relocated a strike plate and rekeyed the lock on the lock that hasn't worked since it was installed (a Baldwin $600 lock). He also installed a new tailpiece and repaired a combination lock. He was courteous and professional and looked at another door for no additional charge (it just needed a screw tightened). Highly satisfied!

He did an excellent job. The door lock was a keypad and needed to be programmed. They did all the programming for me and made sure that before he left I understood how everything worked. Highly recommend this company.

Locksmith was professional, courteous and performed with excellent work quality.  The company was responsive.  I called at 10am and we made an appointment for 1pm.  They came on time.  Job was well done and pricing was reasonable considering the quality of work and time to complete the job.

It went very well. The guy was very professional and pleasent to deal with. He offered up sugegsetions on how to do things in a more economical way. Since he was working for awhile he had someone else drop off materials that were needed from his base store. He was very accomodating and generally good to work with.

They were helpful and professional on the phone; showed up on time for the appointment. We had just purchased a new home and being rookies, had no idea what locks would be appropriate. and quot;Old Boband quot; came to install the locks (there is more than one Bob at the store, so that's how he's known :). We had purchased the locks at Home Depot, and Bob installed them all quickly and cleaned up as he went. He knew we had young children in the house so he keyed all the locks to one key for safety reasons, and was extremely pleasant and professional. We would absolutely recommend Bob and Driscoll's to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Visited the store, selected a lock and scheduled an appointment for installation within two days. Installer arrived on time and performed work professionally and neatly.

Great Mr. Driscoll is a gentleman who takes pride in his business. I have used his services many times from re-keying locks, hard to find items etc. He knows his trade!!
