I had a problem with an abandoned septic tank on my property. The cover had caved in, creating a potentially dangerous hole. William, from Valor, responded quickly with a reasonable estimate and plan. He and his crew took care of the necessary permits. William communicated clearly with me about what they would do, and when they would do it. The crew did an excellent job of handling the tank, filling the hole, cleaning up, and reseeding.

Billy and all of the guys with Valor Development are courteous, professional, hard working and efficient. The job started as scheduled and finished on time. My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Valor Development.

I needed to have a drain installed under my deck and pavers re-leveled. They were able to complete it in a day and cheaper than the original quote. Work looks great and I anticipate the drain working as intended. I would certainly have them out for any future work.
