"The experience has been but utmost professional, experienced and professional employees, detail-oriented, within my business, they work well with high volumes of work. For stubborn smells, especially if your pet likes to pee in the same spot, it’s a good idea to hire a professional cleaner versus choosing the DIY route. You can clean some mattresses with a carpet cleaner that has an upholstery attachment. Mattresses made out of memory foam or other foam generally should not be cleaned with a carpet cleaner, although many traditional spring mattresses can be cleaned this way. Then, in a spray bottle, mix distilled white vinegar with warm water and a few drops of dish soap, and spray this solution over the baking soda. Let the mixture sit for several hours until dry, then wipe or vacuum up the residue and blot the area with a clean towel. You can repeat the process if the stain persists.

Looking clean is only half the battle. A professionally cleaned carpet should feel soft and fluffy, i.e., not caked down with dirt or matted from excess cleaning product. It will not have any unpleasant odors, since carpet cleaners go deep enough to eliminate the most sunk-in smells. It should also be free of stains or discoloration from heavy foot traffic. Keep in mind that, in some cases, your cleaner may not be able to remove every stain.

Eventually, vomit odors will go away on their own. However, it can take weeks for that to happen—unpleasant weeks. Using baking soda or commercially available carpet cleaner according to product directions will speed up the process.
