"Mike helped me with some flooring for me and added baseboards and transitions for a floor I laid but couldn't figure out how to completely finish. He then advised me how to fix a bedframe that had broken. He showed up when he said he would, and when the job took longer than expected, he stuck around later to finish. "The crew came a bit earlier than expected but I was totally okay with that! When they arrived they were very professional and knowledgeable about all the things we were asking!
