"Joe is an up-front kind of person. He kept me informed on progress and delays (all due to Mother Nature). There was a goodly amount of hidden damage which he told me about and took care of. From the beginning and before I signed the quote, he noted that his quote did not include remediation of any significant hidden problems. We agreed on the additional cost and he took care of everything which also included new gutters/downspouts and a gutter guard. I'm very happy with his work and how his crew conducted themselves."
