My family and I were up all night with a bat flying around and we were very frightened and panicked. (We had never experienced this before.) Paul and Matt arrived and they were quick to remedy the problem! I was very impressed and we were SO relieved!! They explained the type of bat that this was and their behavior during this time of the year.
