"This was an emergency and it was treated like one by Langdon and his team of workers. These gentleman arrived within minutes, after quickly returning my call. My family and I were up all night with a bat flying around and we were very frightened and panicked. (We had never experienced this before.) Paul and Matt arrived and they were quick to remedy the problem! I was very impressed and we were SO relieved!! They explained the type of bat that this was and their behavior during this time of the year.
