Misha has excellent management skills and communication skills - his team worked with full safety being tied to the roof—very comfortable for us and for HRE managers! The team spent a full day and finished with the clean surface (see attached photo) and clean yard. My wife and I were impressed with the teamwork and Misha’s courteous and polite communication with us. Keep it up, Misha and HER!"
