Kasey and his crew did exactly what we agreed upon -- and in the agreed upon timeframe. Vinnie and his roofing team and Walter with the remodeling task performed very professionally. I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

The final cost seemed unreasonable given the time taken to make the repair, even considering business costs (workers comp, etc.)

Unsatisfactory work, uncompleted job

They this the job, did it well and promptly. However, I called them back to do a minor repair of job and they have not come back. I've texted them several times and they promised to come back, but haven't. I was happy with initial job, not with follow up

I can write quite a bit about what I learned (fear tactics and overselling). He provides a personal labor and material warrantee that is better than most others. I am hiring him for a second roof. Found we had a bad leak. Called Bayview and within one hour Kacey arrived to give us an estimate. When we agreed he put the job on the schedule, purchased the materials, then returned within 3 days to completed the job in one day. We are very pleased with the service. Highly recommend him.
