"Tim was a true professional from beginning to end on this job. We had an 1870s rear foundation wall with a water problem that everyone else kept telling us to spray foam and forget about. Nor did he back down when we discovered an old cistern trapping water near the foundation, an unexpected and unwelcome surprise. With Tim's expertise, the project kept rolling. All of Tim's team members are extremely professional, kind, polite and hardworking. If structural knowledge and attention to finer details (he even cleaned our my gutters after he found them to be running slowly after a rain storm) are what you are after, then hire Tim immediately.
