"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"Great! Jason Luft at Techease Consulting has been my personal home computer tech guy for over 7 years. I cannot remember when nor how my reliance on Jason of Techease Consulting began. It may very have been ten years ago and this is 2020 or longer. I was in a different Brooklyn neighborhood when it began. I have felt highly privileged to have a "home tech guy" service my home computers. Jason has done all my service needs for computers; advised me on the purchase of a new computer as well as an accompanying printer; laptop, external hard drive even installed all that I mentioned above. He's installed Microsoft Office software onto my computer(s). He's done so many things I'm probably not remembering them all; he's personable, genuine, just a good person. I have also referred him to several people over the years. What can I say...he's just great!!"

"I hired MIS ITS to repair a problem with my Mom's computer at her residence. Irwin Irby was prompt, courteous, and diagnosed the problem and made the repair in addition to running some scans which improved the computer's usability for my Mom. His fee was reasonable. I was very pleased with him and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring computer service in their home."

"Jhon, the owner of this business was very personable and knowledgable about my system and the help I needed. Besides the repairs he accomplished, he also gave me ideas for best practices I could use myself in the future. I highly recommend him and his company"

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"Drew was totally competent, knowledgeable, very pleasant, and had an encyclopaedia of possible solutions to every complicated technical issue between my computers, internet connection, and in-house signal distribution. I have been in this apartment for 11 months and have had virtually no on-site telephone service because of Xfinitys total lack of ability or concern about addressing this issue. They repeatedly shrugged and disappeared. Drew was like a one-man problem solver. His solutions always had my needs in mind as well. He was prompt, fast, and neat, taking less time than he allowed for. He charged me less than he quoted and gave me a refund discount on my bill as a result. Drew is a top-notch problem solver, good professional, and trustworthy businessperson."
