"Joe is reliable and honest. He never leaves behind a mess. He had also done HVAC work and replaced our tankless water heater. Highly recommend him."

"Outstanding! Over a 17 year period on a previous house, I had hired dozens of contractors to remodel, install, fix, and service various aspects of that house – and Duane & Neal Carr are, by far, the most honest, straightforward, value-conscious, reasonably-priced, and dependable contractors whom I have ever worked with. From the first minute of hearing Duane talk about his HVAC recommendations for my home, I knew that I was talking with one of those very rare contractors who are singularly-focused on making sure that his quote reflected the absolute maximum value for the dollars that I would be spending for the new equipment. And he explained where these savings are found. You owe it to yourself to make Prime Heating & Air one of the two or more quotes you get for any HVAC work that you need done. I think you will agree with me that Duane & Neal are offering a customer experience that reflects integrity & values that are in short supply among today's contractors."

"Joe did an excellent job cleaning my Buderus unit. He explained what was being done and why. He also explained how the system operates and the best way to use it. Also left it that I may call with any questions or concerns."

"Don is very knowledgeable of the appliances he works on. I trust his talent and opinions on what should be done to correct any problems with the appliance. He is the only appliance repair service that responded to my call within 24 hours. Any other one I tried would have a week or two wait time before they would come out. I found a new appliance repair guy in Don. I will without a doubt call Don should I need any other repairs."

"The crew arrived exactly when they said they would. We had been given a range of what the job would cost. When the work was complete we were billed the lowest amount in that range. I was so grateful to have the project completed on time and for a reasonable cost that was half of another electricians estimate. I will call JP's Best Electric anytime I need an electrician in the future!"

"They replaced my central air conditioning and hot water heater. Great process, good people. Very patient, answered all my questions (I was an engineer, so you know there were a lot of specific and obscure questions). Not the lowest price, but when it comes to making sure that the job was done correctly (and excellently) the first time, they were very well worth it!"

"Alex is great! My AC went out late on Sunday just prior to a stretch of 90 degree days. He called promptly after being contacted and was on site shortly afterward. Fortunately he had the needed part and got the AC working again within a couple of hours. Alex is friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him for any HVAC needs."

"They are very well oiled machine they have great communication skills . Everything is always ready to go with no problems i would highly recommend this property management company to all my HOA'S and homeowners"

Hi, I’m Lenny Guenov, owner of Guenov Comfort Solutions. I’ve spent years working my way up in this industry, starting from the ground up. My journey began in a scrapyard, armed with nothing but a saw and sneakers. From there, I installed residential and commercial equipment and eventually became a service technician.\n\nAlong the way, I’ve been covered in mud in dirt fields, surrounded by scrap metal, coated in insulation in customers’ attics, and braving snow on commercial rooftops. Through it all, I’ve learned what it truly means to work with dignity and integrity. That hands-on experience drives me to provide honest, reliable solutions for every customer.\n\nYour not just getting a technician, you’re getting someone who’s lived the work, knows the details, and brings the reliability and honesty too often missing in this industry. I’ve fought tirelessly to earn my place in this tough, rugged field. All I ask is the chance to earn my place in your home and deliver comfort for your family
