Joe, through his expertise and knowledge was able to do what 3 other contractors told us they couldn't do. After knowing this and with a fair quote, we asked Joe when can he start the job. Despite having a small yard space to maneuver in outside, they managed to get the excavation done without damaging any of our fruit trees or plants. The stairs look superb.
