We can do custom work or standard work, with our employees (no subcontractors) we do inhouse estimates so we will sit with our customers and discuss all parts of the work to be perform with a written description and cost before starting the work.

"Hired KO in May 2024, started work in September 2024 - by April 2025 work still not completed...Terminated KO in April 2025 KO wanted more money to fix his errors (epoxy everywhere...grimy prints into epoxy everywhere) Have hired new contractors to redo all of KO's work; each has commented his work was below amateur - brought his politics into the workplace, too Made old woman cry - who just wanted the work completed after many extensions and didn't understand why she had to pay more money for his poor work; dismissed old woman's concerns - even stated "old women love me" - Has KO duped others? Again, newly hired contractors examined his work and scoffed. Do Not hire KO - not reliable, poor attitude...and you'll just have to get the work redone - not accredited with the BBB and only other reviews (prior to this) are from the same month/year and in same style. "They came once when we had our first snow - after midnight. When I called the owners to suggest that was not acceptable in the neighborhood, I was told they couldn't control what their contracted workers did!! In January, when we had a foot of snow, nobody came at all. I called several times and left messages. They were total no shows. I had paid for the entire season."

"Terrible. After the repair he told me to call him if the roof was still leaking. I called him and he kept making appointments that he kept canceling. Then he got rude and threatening on the phone. I told him I will take him to court and he told me to go ahead. I've been waiting for over 2 months for the leak to get fixed. You don't do people in this fashion if you are a so-called professional. next time I would rather do the work myself than hire him again."
