We can do custom work or standard work, with our employees (no subcontractors) we do inhouse estimates so we will sit with our customers and discuss all parts of the work to be perform with a written description and cost before starting the work.

Again, newly hired contractors examined his work and scoffed. "Terrible. After the repair he told me to call him if the roof was still leaking. I called him and he kept making appointments that he kept canceling. Then he got rude and threatening on the phone. I told him I will take him to court and he told me to go ahead. I've been waiting for over 2 months for the leak to get fixed. You don't do people in this fashion if you are a so-called professional. next time I would rather do the work myself than hire him again."
