He went above and beyond as we added things to the project and he came through with economical ways to complete the additions that we asked for. He even suggested using the extra pavers to make an area for the garbage can. They were professional, courteous and took care to clean up after themselves. "Terrible. After the repair he told me to call him if the roof was still leaking. I called him and he kept making appointments that he kept canceling. Then he got rude and threatening on the phone. I told him I will take him to court and he told me to go ahead. I've been waiting for over 2 months for the leak to get fixed. You don't do people in this fashion if you are a so-called professional. next time I would rather do the work myself than hire him again."

"They came once when we had our first snow - after midnight. When I called the owners to suggest that was not acceptable in the neighborhood, I was told they couldn't control what their contracted workers did!! In January, when we had a foot of snow, nobody came at all. I called several times and left messages. They were total no shows. I had paid for the entire season."
