"Jose & Sammy were terrific. I watched to see how they were going to handle power washing the pool deck and patio with the massive amount of furniture on them. But they patiently carried every single piece to the driveway, lined them up and began power washing every piece. The furniture was cleaner than it has been since it was new. The power wash buffer they used on the concrete deck, patio and pavers did an amazing job, with minimal mess. The end result was again amazing. I hadn't seen the concrete that bright since the first year we opened the pool. They continued to do the front deck, the white railings, the front paver walkway and finished the job by power washing the entire house. They worked non-stop to complete this project in one day. I addition, Jose made some small repairs to the siding on the house and both he & Sammy carried a huge box with a fire pit to be assembled from the garage to the pool deck. I was in a time crunch to get this project done before the weekend. i called their office and Alan, the owner, cam to my house within an hour and gave me an estimate. I signed the contract via email that night and the work began the following day and was completed that evening. A great job by everyone involved. The price may have been a touch on the heavy side but I told Alan that I needed it done right away and he delivered, so you need to pay for that. I would highly recommend Westside to anyone based on this experience.

Derek was the only one to bring documentation about his company, his insurance policies, and provided a full written contract within DAYS of our initial meeting. We worked on a price that was fair for both of us and he broke down all of his costs to highlight why his price was where it was. It is the little things that won him the job. Changing the locks on my basement door so I would never have to worry about anyone coming upstairs, ordering a port-a-potty so no one would have to use my bathroom inside, daily morning phone calls to let me know what was being done that day and the upcoming days, etc. Every single one of his workers were kind, intelligent, hard working, and professional. Choosing Derek to complete my project was a choice I am glad I made. Derek is a perfectionist, and will not stop until it is 110%.
