"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. One of the things that really made me happy when dealing with Derek is that when he would come to the house on a day that he wasn’t on site, he would review the work done and at times would find something that he deemed unacceptable that my wife and I didn’t even notice and would have the work redone to make sure it was perfect. This was a huge project that I was very nervous about and Derek and his staff made sure things went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things. The biggest indicator of how happy I am with the work done is that I recently contacted Derek to do more work for me!"

"Luna Siding did an absolutely wonderful job from start to finish. At the initial estimate, there was a lot of time and care that went into listening to us and helping us figure out exactly what we wanted. We first wanted to get a couple other estimates, which we did. Luna did follow up with us, and was very response whenever we reached out to speak with someone. Our business really seems to matter to the people at Luna. When we decided to go with Luna for our project, I immediately felt at ease and just knew we were in good hands. They took our deposit and scheduled the start date. They communicated with us every step of the way. They started and completed our job in one day. The work was far better than what were hoping. I cannot express what quality work was done for our beautiful deck. Further, the clean up was absolutely wonderful. We have pets, so making sure that nothing is left behind that could hurt our fur baby is a major priority. "John went the second mile and then some.  He did all the shopping for us and never charged us for his time or gas.  This meant a lot as John's knowledge of what was needed for the job saved us from making mistakes in our purchases, or just not getting all that was needed.  He saved us countless hours of going back and forth.  His prices are excellent; I don't really know how he does it.
He is so extremely pleasant to work with.  He's friendly, but soft-spoken.  He is and honest and ethical; and gives you 100% of his time while on the job.  If you purchase 6 hours from John, he will give you all six hours.  Don't be afraid of being charged time while John eats lunch; he won't do that to you. 
Additionally, he is careful and competent.  I was especially grateful for his ability to make suggestions.  They were all good and highly valued (things I just wouldn't have thought of).  His work is excellent quality.  I could not be more happy having found and hired John.  Having someone to your home to do work can feel uncomfortable and intrusive.  Having John over is a pleasure.  I will truly miss him when the work is finished.  The deck is almost done and it's beautiful!

"Met me a week before, gave me an estimate 3 days later.  Was several hundred less than other estimates.  He was the only one that explained the process along with the estimate showing different materials.  He also explained the different materials and how long they would last along with treatment.  Showed up every morning it wasn't raining and told me hours and times he would be there.  Had a nice young man that helped who was also very courteous and pleasant.  Deck was completed a week before deadline and I absolutely love it.  Will hire for any other jobs I need without question."

"Jason build 2 decks dor me. One large deck that went the entire width of my house approximately 12x28 and a smaller deck outside the bedroom that is approximately 8x12. Both met and exceeded my expectations. Jason took care in making sure the colors complemented the sidi g and each other. Jason and his team showed up on time, took a lunch break, returned, and left all on time consistently every day. When he had completed the project there were no loose ends.
