"I first asked Jeff at Northgate to take out our old basement bathroom and build a new one 4 years ago. He did a great job for a reasonable price. He recently completed a total basement renovation and upstairs bathroom. Everything down to the studs. Again, did a wonderful job in about a month. He really deserves all the excellent reviews he has had. He always keeps you in touch and fixes any problems right away. We will be happy to have him do our kitchen soon. You will not find anyone better."

"Although there was a minor hiccup in the scheduling the job came out fantastic. A new aluminum attic staircase was installed, a section of garage ceiling was sheetrocked & the entire ceiling was painted, a new very quiet garage door opener was installed, a new AC return vent was installed on the basement wall, Silicone was installed to the bathroom shower ledge. This is the 2nd time using JBL. The first time using JBL the job also came out fantastic. If needed we will use JBL again."

"Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule. He was extremely honest and I trusted him to be alone in my house for weeks on end with his team. I would/plan to work with Arthur again in the future for my home renovation projects."

"Jose and his team were the best team I have ever had work on a job in my house. Jose went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had our basement back in order in a timely fashion. He was willing to work after hours if needed to help get our finished basement back after we had suffered a sewage leak and had to wait until mitigation was complete. A 3-4 day job was complete in 2 days! And one of his workers, Carlos, from the second day stuck around to help me get the heavy and large items back into the basement. There was a previous review that said Jose was very emphatic to their needs and that is so true. That review actual was what made me give Jose a call. "Hector and Moises were excellent! Hector came with one other of their crew and assembled my permanent gazebo. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them! Clean... affordable and professional."

He came in and went right to work and the timeline was fantastic. We called him to our home to finish our basement thereafter. I was so impressed I also had him reconfigure our first floor laundry room as well. This year he’s doing a few more projects here!
