"This jobs unforeseen conditions were bought directly to the homeowners attention within the first hour of discovery. Within that hour conditions were explained from that point on any extra work would be time and material and that the process was outlined verbally and also in a complete detailed email sent on the same day that was signed and ok'd by the homeowner to continue. On completion of the third day of work homeowner signed a completed work order, praised the staff and work that was done. As for the power washing service {5} attempts were made and the homeowner was not available and or changed the scheduled time 3 times which was not conducive for the staffing work schedule. All work, correspondence, and completion orders are documented in full disclosure with this homeowners approval time and date stamped."
"Crisp Quality Construction was hired by Eileen's son-in-law to fix a plumbing issue in April of 2021. This job started with just fixing the existing shower stall drain where the existing plumbing was incorrectly installed. The job did not take 6 months, that is not true. We have QuickBooks invoices, and emails requesting payment from the day the job was completed. We had to continuously request payment. We waited six months for payment. Normally we would have contacted our lawyers to retrieve payment, however, her son-in-law is a friend of the family, so we took the work in good faith. During the time of nonpayment, we never heard from Eileen, it was not until her son-in-law finally paid us that she claimed there was an issue. This was not an easy job. It should have. We were only to replace a shower drain. But then Eileen wanted to replace the slate, and eventually do the entire bathroom over. She kept changing the configuration of the tiles. She did this three times, and three times CQC had to buy material for every change order she made. Once the shower stall was tiled, we left instructions for Eileen, not us that bathroom until the tile was set. She did not listen, and she cracked the tile, which we fixed for her. Eileen stood over our installers and was continuously adding things to the work order. She also tried to manipulate our installers to do the work on the side and she would pay them under the table *as she put it* This made our installers very uncomfortable. This was just turning into a nightmare of a job. Any issues Eileen had, were addressed before completion of the job. CQC finalized the job within one month. And just to reiterate, we never heard from her about anything after we completed the job. It was not until after we received payment 6 months later. We simply never heard from her, she must have thought she was getting the job done for free. Crisp Quality Construction has never had any complaints from any clients, we have been in business since 2014, we value our clients and work mostly off referrals. Our record speaks for itself."
