Despite the conditions, their team went above and beyond and installed my new furnace without power. From the very first person who came out to check my furnace, to the salesman Mike—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful time. "Called on a Monday morning with a problem with my furnace. They were there that afternoon. Explained the problem and said I needed a new furnace due to a hole in the heat exchanger. Tuesday afternoon they were at my house by 3:15 PM and the old furnace was out and the new furnace was installed by 5:15 PM. Very professional service, covered my floor with a tarp so not to make a mess of it, cleaned up everything. I would recommend Mark and his team to everyone."
