He was able to give me an estimate within just a few minutes. Our project was a roof on a parsonage that was in serious need of replacement. He took my father outside the house looking at other houses roof in the neighborhood and explain the different types of roofs, qualities ..etc to my dad. After, he called me to explain everything to me all over again. He gave us a quote to fix the leak....never try to convinced us to replace the roof....he said probably in a few years, we would have to replace the roof. After much considerations and speaking to other professionals, we decided to replace the rood and David explained to us all the materials that will be used and in details how the job would be completed.
