He completed the necessary work and made recommendation for a fix to prevent further issues. His professionalism was evident from the beginning. I immediately inquired about the cost of additional work, new wiring and installation of overhead lighting in our family room which has been too dark since the day we moved in. Eric made some recommendations for that work at a price that was well within our budget. He came back in time when scheduled, completed all work in the time promised, cleaned up after himself, and was genuinely thorough.
