Cellino Plumbing is a professional, fast responding plumbing company. Our expert plumbers serve all of the West New York area. Call us today!
"Terrible, technician left and I still had a leaky sink. Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

"I hired George and his team to install a 25x15 stamped patio in our backyard. They came out on 8/12/2021 to prep the site and lay out the forms - George and his entire team were extremely nice and professional. I showed them where it would be installed and explained the dimensions and they went to work. Previously, I had a deck in this area which I removed myself a few days beforehand, so the site was mostly leveled already with the stone, so the team didn't have to do much to finish laying out the site. Once the forms were up, George had me come out to inspect it - he showed me the leveling of the forms, ensuring there was a pitch and showed me some of the dirt they removed to finalize the leveling. They said they would be back 8/16/2021 to pour the concrete. Later that night, I went out to do some measurements for a permanent gazebo I planned to purchase and I noticed that the dimensions were off a foot - that it was framed to be 25x14. Based on where my gazebo was going, I actually felt that 25x14 was acceptable, and I decided to give him two options; 1) come down on the price of the project by the same rate per foot, for the missing 25 feet, or 2) come out either on the day of the concrete being poured or sooner to adjust the width to have that extra foot - it really didn't matter to me. George responded and said that the price of the project is fixed because of the amount of the concrete they order, and that the 25x14 would be the same price. I responded by saying if that's the case just come out and add that extra foot as it was called out in the contract - it was obviously an honest mistake. At that point, George offered $100 off of the price, which was almost 5x less than what the price per square foot of the project ended up being quoted at. My response was that for $100 off, it's not really worth it to lose that extra 25x1 foot, and I would just like them to come out and adjust the forms and I will gladly pay the original contract price we agreed upon. I pointed out that the amount of concrete he has to order for this job, isn't changing - I just want it fixed to be what we agreed upon. George then called me and was extremely adamant that he laid out the forms exactly the way I wanted them, and that he's too busy to keep going back and forth with me through email and won't take my insults - therefore he was cancelling the contract and would return my $1,500 deposit back to me immediately. Knowing how hard it is to find good contractors these days, I tried to reason with him and I apologized for however I may have insulted him, and he insisted that there was nothing I could do or say that would change his mind about cancelling the contract. I tried calling him back numerous times after he hung up on me, but he eventually turned off it phone. I called his wife and left a message, who was the one who originally gave me the quote and explained that I don't know what triggered this, but I have a hole in my backyard now and I just want to get the job done. 10 minutes later or so, George emailed me explaining that by me questioning his concrete yardage math, I insulted him - what I had pointed out was that my job required 4.6 yards of cement at the 25x15, and at 25x14 its roughly 4.3 yards - that he still needs to order 5 yards, so this shouldn't be an inconvenience, and that I am not even trying to point out that there's extra cement that's not being used by my job. Again, this wasn't me trying to con him out of money, I was just trying to point out that I am not trying to change the terms of our contract, the patio was supposed to be 25x15 for a fixed price... clearly defined in writing. In his email, he gave me two options, either complete the job at the full quoted price but only 25x14 or cancel the contract, which I of course wished him the very best and cancelled the contract - mind you, on the phone he told me there's no way he would ever complete the job now. I promise you, that I am extremely easy to work with - I am an accountant, therefore I am not aggressive in nature by any means, overall I am quiet guy. I didn't fluff up this review to make me look any different that I actually was - this tone and back and forth is exactly how it went down. A mistake was made when measuring, and I asked to either correct it before he poured, or just knock some money off of the quote - I gave him the option - and he didn't reasonably accept either option. All of this over 1 foot that he could have fixed in probably 15 minutes. In hindsight, I am torn - in a way I wish I never brought up the foot, because I would have a beautiful patio done in a few days, because his crew does good work, but I am glad it unfolded this was because I don't want to give my business to someone who gets this triggered and angry over a 1 foot calculation error that was made by his team, not me. I am sure they will respond to this review, and try to push the blame on me for being unreasonable, and that I changed the work order, but I didn't - it was an honest measurement mistake that could have been remedied in 15 minutes, but just as he ended his last email to me, and I quote: "I will not be going back and forth about this anymore, I have work that I need to be getting done and this is just slowing me down." It is what is it... His team does good work for sure as you can see from the pictures, but I could never recommend someone who treated me like this. Now I will likely spend months trying to find a new contractor, all over a 25x1 section that was mis-measured, not by me, but by his team."

The kinds of items or materials accepted will vary by hauling company. Some companies will not handle hazardous waste, but hiring ones that do will cost from $5 to $100 or more, depending on what type and quantity of material.
Most companies will haul items such as:
Construction and remodeling waste: $100–$600
Appliances: $50–$600
Furniture: $50–$400
Electronics: $60–$200
Yard waste: $70–$500
Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The cost to hire a professional junk hauling service ranges from $60 to $600, averaging about $270. Your final price is determined by the type of junk, amount of junk, the distance to the dumpsite, and the equipment required to move and haul your items or materials. Keep in mind that construction junk removal is more expensive than hauling household items, so expect to pay $800 for removing large piles of debris.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
