I did not use this Home Depot Location.  The location I used was the Thruway Mall location on Harlem Road, Buffalo, NY 14206.  The sales person was courteous and knowledgeable.

Very well. They removed old carpet and some tile. Hauled away the debris. Cleaned up afterward. Everything went as planned and the floors look wonderful!

They guarantee the installation and everything along with it because it is one of their installers. So I buy the door and everything is guaranteed all down the line. They did a nice job and the price was fair.

My husband is always pleased with Home Depot.

The work was performed by a sub contractor out of Rochester who had an elaborate protocol to ensure the labor was done according to spec and on time. Unfortunately the first technician dispatched was in way over his head with the technology and soon developed 'a backache' and was off the job and unavailable. The second technician was then assigned and turned out to be a competent local carpenter. He quickly assessed the level of work as unacceptable and tore it out and started over.
The work was completed as planned and the results were top shelf as far as workmanship. The installation has held up and it was the right solution to the problem.
Unfortunately the second attempt to upgrade my daughter's kitchen has not turned out as well. We installed new cabinets from scratch and contracted with Home Depot in Amherst to supply the material. The cabinets came as ordered and our contractor installed them and the results started to come unglued almost immediately. A area rep was dispatched from the manufacturer and he determined the glue was unsatisfactory from the factory. He re ordered replacements which were then installed and it was obvious that they also were defective with the same batch of defective glue.
It has been over a year and every time I go to open a cupboard the door falls off and I get powerful angry. Seems that Home Depot is unable to follow through on the quality and warranty issues. Maybe as a sailor I will take my tube of 3M5200 and just glue the doors up myself, but I really shouldn't have to.
If you use this supplier be very careful to police the job...

They supplied the materials that we ordered and the job went fine.

My husband and I did the demo in our kitchen, but had the design and installation of cabinets and countertops done at Home Depot. Everything went very smoothly and professionally.

The quality of the door is good. However, a lack of communication, between a Home Depot manager and the subcontractor who installed it, led to a week's delay in getting it installed. In the end, everything worked out, but it was a little frustrating.

I was pretty satisfied. For they style of carpeting I purchased, the price was right. The workers who installed it were pretty good. They even made installation recommendations that turned out good. I really like the carpet.

Home Depot followed through with the work, even with a few bumps in the road. What I paid matched the estimate, which is appreciated. They did a good job of leaving the kitchen clean, and looking good.

Home Depot stuck to the estimate. They are very trustworthy, and everything is backed with a warranty. We finished right on schedule, even though there was a back order on one of the cabinets. It didn't hold them up.

Our overall service was good, but I felt the price was too high. They were very responsive and punctual. The people who did the work were very professional and knew what they were doing. I was very satisfied with the work after they were done.

The salespeople from Home Depot were excellent, They were very accommodating. The company they were dealing with was horrible in delivering the product. The installers were awful, and seemed inexperienced. They eventually sent someone who knew how to install the doors.

It's very difficult because Home Depot subcontracts with people so they were hard to work with because they were telling me two different things. The work was fine after everything was all done. There was a lot of miscommunication dealing with both Home Depot and the subcontractor.

The experience with Home Depot was very good. They come out and do an estimate, and stuck with their prices. They are very trustworthy. They cleaned-up after themselves, and took care of the waste. There was no removal for us to do.

I would possibly hire Home Depot again, depending on the situation. We ended up having to delay the project because of a shipment that did not come in on time. Overall, it was a good experience.

Well, everything is good now. We had a few problems with the roof, but they were fixed. Home Depot did a great job with the siding. Not too long after we had it put on, it accidentally got damaged and they came out and replaced the small part for free.

Home Depot did a great job installing the tiles. They always showed up on time and worked hard. We did have a few minor problems. They had the wrong address and almost installed the tile at my husband's office. Then, we noticed a chipped tile, so we've been in touch with them about that.

I was very satisfied with the results of the cabinets. The whole job was excellent. They did everything within 2 days, and were very efficient and friendly.

Home Depot didn't install the door properly, the door doesn't look right and there is a bad caulking, I'm still having problems with it and they won't come back to fix their mistakes. I don't like the way that they installed the door.

I felt that Home Depot did great work. They came out when they said they would, and were knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend them.
