As I was busy working and at a nice distance from the home, I transacted mainly over the phone and left garage door open for Pat but boy was I excited after seeing work performed since he had to undo previous install which had turned out to be "cheap is expensive". Pat took care of permit, performed neat professional job and then I paid as he had estimated the job would run which, btw, was very competitive. Beware of companies like T. Weber who had previously come out to tell me everything that was wrong, including pictures which I didn't need -I lived there...but were never available to follow through on the job and kept my fee for coming out. That was, another thing, Pat didn't charge me -fee to come out and tell me the problem and give me an estimate."

He hires his Father for smaller jobs who does excellent work. If we have had any problems they have corrected them for no charge. We plan on hiring him for many more jobs in the future."
